Summary
Sysgears is seeking a Business Analyst Trainee for an individual training internship program. This role offers hands-on experience in business analysis with mentorship from lead analysts, covering real-life scenarios and practical projects. Upon successful completion, the trainee will transition to a Junior Business Analyst position with opportunities for professional growth to Middle and Senior levels.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QAs to deliver projects efficiently
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify needs and clarify requirements
- Analyze, validate, groom, and document requirements for web and mobile projects
- Visualize business processes and prepare data models for software projects
- Advise stakeholders on common practices and possible product solutions
- Perform competitor and market analysis to assist in developing product ideas
- Communicate project vision and coordinate development with engineering teams
- Manage development workflow applying Agile methodologies
- Participate in BA service interactions with clients and engineers
Requirements
- Knowledge of Business Analysis basics
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Superb communication skills
- Good organizational and leadership instincts
- Upper-intermediate English level (speaking and writing)
- Detail-oriented and passionate about quality results
- Constantly learning new trends in IT business analysis and management
- High empathy and deep understanding of people's needs
- Professional, punctual, balanced with good self-management abilities
- Advantageous: Technical background (QA, design, development) or management experience outside IT
Conditions
Schedule & Duration: Internship duration up to 2-3 months depending on performance
