Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is hiring a Recruiter for a financial industry client on an onsite contract role in California. This position partners with business leaders to deliver full-cycle recruiting for branch, small business, and mortgage sales roles. The goal is to build strong talent pipelines and provide a compliant, candidate-centric hiring experience.
What you'll do
Partner with branch, small business, and mortgage leaders to understand hiring needs, market dynamics, and priorities.
Act as a trusted talent advisor by influencing hiring decisions and proposing creative recruiting solutions.
Translate business goals into recruiting strategies supporting short-term volume and long-term pipelines.
Manage full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support) for sales-oriented roles.
Ensure a high-quality, compliant, candidate-centric hiring process end-to-end.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates, especially for Mortgage Loan Originator and other sales roles.
Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill and competitive markets; advise on compensation and time-to-fill expectations.
Use recruiting technology to manage workflows, track progress, and analyze outcomes; leverage reporting to identify trends and improve processes.
Collaborate with recruiting peers and cross-functional partners to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Bring innovative ideas to improve candidate attraction, sourcing strategies, and hiring efficiency.
Requirements
Experience in sales recruitment, talent acquisition, and mortgage recruitment.
Proven success recruiting for sales-driven or revenue-producing roles; preferred within financial services, banking, mortgage, or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to build strong business partnerships and influence hiring outcomes.
Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Strong technical aptitude with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
Preferred experience with Workday and/or Phenom; alternatively experience with large-scale HCM and/or CRM platforms.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with a proactive, innovative, results-driven approach; comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Conditions
Contract duration: 5+ months with long-term potential.
Work arrangement: Onsite in California; multiple site options listed.
Pay range: $33.00/hr to $36.27/hr.
