EVS Equipment and Supply Tech

Tampa General Hospital (Florida Health Sciences Center) is hiring an EVS Equipment and Supply Tech to support Environmental Services operations at the main campus in Tampa. The role focuses on preparing and submitting supply orders, managing weekly inventory, and maintaining departmental linens and cleaning textiles to support hospital cleanliness and readiness.

• Prepare supply orders for Environmental Services Aides.
• Conduct weekly inventory of Environmental Services supplies.
• Once weekly, prepare supply request orders and submit them to purchasing.
• Daily wash and dry mops, dust mops, window treatments, and cubicle curtains using the department washer and dryer.
• Perform duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Completion of 10th grade or 3–6 months of experience in environmental services in a hospital setting.

• Location: On-site at TGH Main Campus.
• Schedule: Full-time.
• Scheduled days: Sunday through Friday.
• Shift: Variable; shift hours listed as 11:00pm–7:30am.
• Remote work: Not eligible (on-site).
• Minimum pay: $15.00 per hour.
