Production Assistant

Solomon Page is hiring a freelance Production Assistant to support a top entertainment company in NYC. The role supports producers across pre-production, on-set, and post-production work to help drive creative development and content delivery.

• Assist producers and associate producers with pre-production, on-set, and post-production tasks.
• Research storylines, sports trends, and cultural insights to inform creative development.
• Source footage, music, talent, and other production assets.
• Coordinate logistics including shoot schedules, travel, and equipment.
• Log footage, maintain organized project files, and assist with rights and clearances.
• Support social and digital content distribution.
• Manage day-to-day administrative needs for the production team.
• Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas.
• Seek mentorship and skill development opportunities across the creative team.

• 1–2 years of experience in production, marketing, or a related field.
• Passion for sports and storytelling.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with production tools and workflows (preferred).

• Freelance engagement for 12 months with potential to extend.
• Onsite Monday–Thursday; remote Friday.
• Pay rate: $34.50/hour.
