Talent Acquisition Specialist

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support company growth through high-volume, full-cycle recruiting.

This remote role focuses on building talent pipelines, moving candidates efficiently through the hiring funnel, and using recruiting metrics to continuously improve results.

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines
• Conduct daily resume reviews, candidate outreach, and interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling and stakeholder communication
• Manage the ATS and keep recruiting processes organized
• Track recruiting KPIs and use data to improve hiring decisions
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding

• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Experience managing multiple openings while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong interviewing and candidate engagement skills
• Understanding of how to move candidates efficiently through the recruiting funnel
• Proficiency with an ATS and strong organizational skills
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Bonus:
