Salesforce Business Analyst

EverREST is a Salesforce & RevOps consulting firm that helps global companies optimize revenue through system architecture. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our international team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution on high-ticket projects.

• Analyze and document complex business processes to build high-efficiency Salesforce solutions
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to define needs, priorities, and project scope for global stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and QA to ensure functional alignment and seamless delivery
• Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that implemented features meet quality standards

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) with flawless written and verbal communication for client interaction
• 1.5-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise
• Proven track record working with large-scale Enterprise clients
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, and platform logic (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
• Mastery of creating structured documentation including Flow Diagrams, BRD, and User Guides
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Result-oriented mindset focused on product adoption and business value
