Graphic Designer

TrueGroup is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their team. You'll create visual assets for email campaigns, landing pages, websites, social media, and gamification elements. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams while maintaining consistent visual identity across multiple brands and formats.

• Create visual assets for email campaigns, landing pages, websites, social media, and gamification
• Design static creatives including banners, icons, and graphic elements
• Develop simple animated assets such as GIFs and short MP4s with lightweight motion
• Maintain and evolve consistent visual identity across different brands
• Adapt designs to various formats, devices, and localizations
• Participate in brainstorms and creative sessions
• Stay updated on design trends, motion design, and marketing best practices
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support business goals
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance analysis

• Experience as a Graphic Designer in digital, marketing, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator (or equivalent)
• Experience working with design systems and UI libraries
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS principles
• Basic motion design skills for animated banners and simple effects
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual communication
• Ability to quickly adapt designs to multiple formats and platforms
