The Project Coordinator I is an entry-level, support-focused role that assists senior team members to ensure accurate tracking of deliverables and smooth day-to-day project execution.
What you'll do
Provide day-to-day project support under senior oversight.
Maintain timelines and task updates in Workfront, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Route deliverables for internal review through ProofHQ.
Schedule internal meetings, capture notes, and distribute recaps and follow-ups.
Organize folder structures, maintain version control, and archive files.
Send reminders and updates to internal teams to keep workflows on track.
Enter project data and job codes, and support timesheet monitoring.
Flag potential project issues to senior team members (without owning resolution).
Ensure compliance with established processes, tools, and workflows.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organization, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and accurate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with teammates, stakeholders, and clients.
Strong communication and rapport-building skills; able to work independently and in a team.
Ability to prioritize across multiple clients/teams, handle changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
Willingness and ability to learn; maintain composure and a positive attitude.
