Summary

A global fast-growing HVAC organization is seeking a President & CEO to lead operations across the U.S. and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HVAC executive with strong sales background and proven ability to scale business performance, responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and local P&L results.

What you'll do

Develop and execute long-term growth and profitability strategies; lead monthly executive meetings with CFO, VP Sales, VP HR, VP Marketing, and Director of Engineering; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance; build relationships with shareholders, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies; ensure efficient operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance.

Requirements

Senior leadership experience in HVAC manufacturing with P&L responsibility of $150M to $1bn; strong understanding of U.S. market including rep model and direct sales; demonstrated ability to grow revenue and scale operations; strategic and hands-on leadership capability; proven ability to define deliverables and hold teams accountable; Bachelor's degree in business.
