Corporate Recruiter

DSI is a family-owned company (founded in 1984) providing services including sales management, marketing support, logistics, training, engineering, and proprietary software solutions. The Corporate Recruiter will support DSI’s growth by owning full-cycle recruiting and building strong partnerships with business leaders. The role focuses on sourcing top talent, strengthening the talent pipeline, and using metrics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and quality of hire.

• Build trust-based partnerships with business leaders by understanding talent needs, team dynamics, and strategic priorities
• Source, engage, and attract top talent to support growth across an assigned business unit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent assessment and solving recruitment challenges
• Design and execute innovative sourcing and engagement strategies
• Serve as a brand ambassador by communicating DSI’s value proposition in the talent market
• Use metrics and outcomes (including quality of hire) to evaluate recruiting process effectiveness and impact

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting with expertise in full-cycle recruiting
• Proven success in a metrics-driven or goal-oriented talent acquisition environment
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on candidate experience
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and comfort with data-driven decision making
