Project Management AI Trainer, $85-100/hour
Summary
Project Management AI Trainer role in an AI labor marketplace, engaging experienced PM professionals as contract consultants. The purpose is to create PM personas, task sets, and prioritization rubrics, and to evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality and accuracy.
What you'll do
Create realistic project management personas and project scenarios.
Generate detailed task lists and subtasks across multiple industries.
Design and apply prioritization frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE, impact–effort, risk scoring).
Provide consistent reasoning and justification for prioritization decisions.
Review and evaluate AI-generated plans and recommendations for quality and accuracy.
Identify errors, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in AI outputs.
Produce clear written assessments and structured artifacts.
Follow project guidelines for quality and data compliance.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in project management.
Proficiency with standard PM methodologies and prioritization frameworks.
Ability to create structured workflows and task hierarchies.
Strong analytical and written communication skills.
Experience reviewing or evaluating process documentation or plans.
Ability to work independently and meet quality expectations.
Conditions
Engagement: part-time, project-based expert evaluation work.
Work type: remote.
Location eligibility: U.S.-based experts only.
Contract basis; not a full-time employment position.
Paid per project; stated hourly rate is an estimate based on anticipated time to complete projects.
Consultants control their own schedule.
