Coordinator, Production Finance, Global Operations and Innovation
Summary
Netflix is seeking a Production Finance Operations & Innovation (O&I) Coordinator to support the Global Operations and Innovation team. This role helps improve and streamline Production Finance workflows through documentation, coordination, and data-focused support across multiple partners. The purpose is to enable efficient operations, timely deliverables, and better team communication.
What you'll do
- Manage and organize team documentation, key deliverables, and shared resources.
- Manage the collection of digital start paperwork updates across several teams.
- Collaborate with payroll partners to ensure start packets are updated in a timely manner.
- Gather and organize workflow and payroll partner feedback from Production Finance team members.
- Support broad communications to the Production Finance team to share business updates and collect deliverables for business partners (e.g., Internal Audit, Treasury, Risk Assurance).
- Assist with tracking project needs to ensure deadlines are met and help identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Schedule internal and external meetings as needed.
- Consolidate and maintain key data points for future reference.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, entertainment, or data-related fields is helpful but not required.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Production Finance, Production Accounting, or other entertainment industry areas (highly preferred).
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders and global teams.
Tools: Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
Innovation mindset: Proactive curiosity about AI tools and willingness to explore productivity/workflow improvements.

Conditions
Compensation: Hourly pay range $30.00 - $55.29; no bonuses. Employees choose how much compensation is in hourly pay versus stock options.
