They are seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist/User Acquisition Specialist to develop and manage online advertising campaigns for Tier-1 markets. The role focuses on maximizing online channel potential for consumer brands and retailers.

What you'll do

Develop and manage online campaigns in Google Ads on Tier-1 Markets (US, UK, DE, etc). Monitor performance using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik, and Tableau. Collaborate with the marketing team in designing creative campaigns. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Proactively generate impactful solutions and turn complex ideas into actionable plans.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in performance marketing with Google Ads, preferably in B2C. Experience with the US market highly preferred. Deep understanding of advertising metrics (ROI, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA). Experience working with Tier-1 markets and big budgets. Knowledge of Meta and TikTok platforms is a plus. Proficiency in English B2 or higher. Excellent communication skills. Strategic thinking with attention to detail and creativity.

Conditions
