The Executive Assistant to the Chief Client Officer provides high-impact strategic administrative support, managing executive priorities and complex client-facing schedules across a global organization.
What you'll do
- Manage complex internal and external calendaring across international time zones and shifting priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel using tools such as TripActions/Concur, including detailed itineraries and real-time changes.
- Serve as a strategic gatekeeper and liaison for the Executive Office with clients, board members, investors, and external partners.
- Plan and support executive-level meetings, leadership offsites, and client events; attend select meetings to take notes and drive follow-ups.
- Collaborate with US-based leadership and the administrative community to streamline processes, improve communication, and support office culture.
- Draft and prepare executive communications, presentations, and briefing documents; refine slides in Google Slides/PowerPoint.
- Support high-priority initiatives by tracking action items, managing special projects, and ensuring alignment across the client-facing organization.
- Handle highly sensitive confidential information with discretion; proactively identify and solve issues before escalation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting C-suite leaders, preferably in a high-growth late-stage startup, finance, or client-facing environment.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly changing environments with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfort working with diverse leadership styles and personality types.
- Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and pivot quickly.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and Zoom.
- Ideally experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Sound judgment and executive presence, including the ability to influence and thoughtfully push back when needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship, and able to start work in the U.S. on the first day.
Conditions

- Compensation: base salary range $80,000–$132,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
