On-Air Personality (Part-Time)

Connoisseur Media, a broadcast and digital media company, is hiring a part-time On-Air Personality for 101.7 KKIQ-FM. The role focuses on delivering engaging, listener-focused on-air breaks and representing the station through events and promotional appearances while connecting with the East Bay community.

• Deliver topical, engaging, and entertaining on-air breaks aligned with the 101.7 KKIQ-FM brand.
• Be available for fill-in shifts as needed.
• Represent the station at events, remotes, and promotional appearances.
• Collaborate with programming, promotions, and digital teams to create on-air and social media content.
• Operate studio and remote broadcast equipment professionally.

• Minimum of 2 years of on-air experience.
• Strong communication and social skills on-air and off-air.
• Ability to deliver a content-rich, listener-focused show.
• Working knowledge of audio editing, WideOrbit, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of FCC rules and broadcast standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and additional shifts as needed.

• Plus: WordPress or video production experience (training available for the right candidate).

• Part-time role with shifts as needed, including weekdays, nights, and weekends.
