Team Lead / Senior Web Developer (Crypto Trading Platform)

Summary

PulseRise Technologies is seeking an experienced Team Lead / Senior React Developer for a fast-growing crypto trading platform. You will lead frontend architecture, manage development efforts, and build high-performance, real-time web applications for traders worldwide, combining hands-on development with technical leadership in a dynamic fintech environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead and contribute to the development of a high-performance web trading platform
  • Design and maintain scalable frontend architecture following best practices
  • Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • Work with real-time streaming data, WebSockets, and REST APIs
  • Manage application state using Redux and related libraries
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers
  • Implement UI animations and ensure pixel-perfect design implementation
  • Optimize performance, debug complex issues, and ensure application stability
  • Introduce and maintain unit and UI tests to ensure code quality
  • Take ownership of technical decisions and mentor team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in web development
  • 5+ years of experience in a leading position
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend standards
  • Experience with Redux and common React ecosystem libraries
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, networking concepts, and WebSockets
  • Hands-on experience with SignalR for real-time communication
  • Experience using debugging and monitoring tools such as Sentry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to performance optimization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech or product-driven environment
  • Experience with development of crypto/trading projects - MUST
  • Nice to Have: TradingView or similar charting libraries, fintech background, understanding of financial markets, modern AI tools, collaboration experience with designers using Figma
