What you'll do
Process end-to-end US payroll accurately and on schedule; set-up and maintain payroll activities including time off accruals, holiday pay, and garnishments; review payroll transactions for accuracy and data completeness; process data changes for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations; provide expertise on payroll regulations (Federal, State, FLSA); assist employees with payroll-related questions; produce payroll reports; maintain internal controls and reporting compliance.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years high-volume payroll experience; working knowledge of ADP Vantage, Vantage Time, ADP Enterprise v5, and ADP E-Time systems; understanding of Federal, State, and local payroll regulations and taxes (multi-state experience preferred); excellent time management and ability to handle competing priorities; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; strong team collaboration and individual work skills; quality service orientation; willing to learn and develop; reliable, resourceful, problem-solving mindset; excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office.
