Recruiter

Bellese Technologies is a mission-driven digital services company building innovative technology solutions in civic healthcare. The Recruiter role is a fully remote, full-time W2 position focused primarily on technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Human-Centered Design to support hiring needs and improve time-to-hire.

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned roles, primarily across Engineering, Product, and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs to improve time-to-hire and readiness.
• Source and engage candidates via direct outreach, job postings, social platforms, networking, and other strategies.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and efficient interview coordination and scheduling.
• Guide candidates from initial outreach through offer stage, including preparation, coordination, and providing competency-based assessments and recommendations.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles.
• Provide insights on the candidate experience and interview process as needed.
• Partner with and support hiring managers to make mission- and values-aligned hiring decisions.
• Use the applicant tracking system to manage pipelines, track activity, and report progress and recruiting metrics.

• Education

  • Bachelor's degree

• Experience

  • 4+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience running end-to-end recruiting processes

• Skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across a growing organization
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

• Security clearance eligibility (Public Trust)

  • US citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
  • US residency for at least the past 3 years
  • Ability to meet Public Trust requirements, including passing a US Government background investigation
  • Federal legality note: marijuana use may affect ability to obtain Public Trust
