Future Opportunities: Supply Chain

Killeen Group is seeking a Supply Chain Leader to support future opportunities related to aerospace and defense supplier performance, sourcing strategy, and cost optimization. The role supports production ramp needs by improving supplier outcomes and aligning sourcing with program timelines.

• Lead supplier negotiations and drive cost-reduction initiatives
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with program timelines
• Manage supplier performance and on-time delivery metrics
• Support new supplier onboarding and risk mitigation activities
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on demand planning

• 5+ years of supply chain experience in aerospace/defense or industrial manufacturing
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems
• Experience with long-lead materials (preferred)

• 3–12 month contract
• U.S.-based; project-dependent work arrangement (on-site, hybrid, or remote)
