Summary
Trading Space is seeking a Lead Product Analyst to transform raw data into product strategy and guide analytical decision-making across the organization. This role combines individual analytical expertise with team leadership, focusing on metrics that drive user engagement, retention, and monetization.
What you'll do
- Guide and mentor a team of Product Analysts, maintaining high analytical standards
- Own analytics across key product domains and understand user behavior, engagement drivers, and monetization opportunities
- Shape and refine core product metrics including LTV, retention, churn, cohorts, funnels, and activation moments with consistent definitions
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Amplitude reflecting key product and business metrics
- Drive experimentation culture by shaping hypotheses, interpreting results, and explaining insights beyond the numbers
- Bring structure and statistical rigor to A/B testing and decision-making processes
- Analyze user lifecycle and segmentation to identify growth opportunities, friction points, and revenue drivers
- Monitor product health metrics, set up alerts and anomaly checks, investigate drops, and conduct root cause analysis
- Collaborate with CEO, Chief Product Officer, Product Managers, and stakeholders to embed data in everyday decisions
- Continuously improve analytics processes, definitions, reporting logic, and internal standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst in product-based tech environments
- 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring analysts
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience working with large datasets
- Experience defining and evolving core product metrics: retention, LTV, churn, funnels, cohorts, segmentation, activation
- Proven ability designing and analyzing A/B tests with understanding of statistical significance and experiment pitfalls
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Amplitude
- Experience building dashboards and reporting systems that support real product decisions
- Experience owning metric definitions and event tracking while ensuring data consistency across tools
- Understanding of how metrics connect to business impact and monetization logic
- Strong communication skills to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Upper-Intermediate level English proficiency
