Summary

Blue Owl is a leading alternative asset manager with $295 billion AUM seeking a Digital Infrastructure Associate to support investment and management of digital infrastructure opportunities in their Chicago office.

What you'll do

Develop underwriting models and financial analyses with scenario planning; draft materials and memos for Investment Committee, lenders, and investors; manage due diligence and transaction execution; screen investment opportunities; conduct primary and secondary market research; assist with asset and fund management; participate in business development activities and on-site tours; handle special projects as assigned.

Requirements

2-4 years relevant experience in transaction-oriented roles (real estate, infrastructure, private equity, acquisitions, development) or financial roles (investment banking, structured finance, project finance); basic knowledge of real estate and/or digital infrastructure valuation; financial modeling and underwriting aptitude; proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong attention to detail; excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent academic background.

Conditions

Chicago-based position; base annual salary $150,000-$160,000 (actual varies by skill, experience, qualifications); eligible for discretionary bonus based on individual and team performance; Equal Opportunity Employer.
