Vice President Operations

The Vice President of Operations leads company-wide operational efficiency, financial performance, and cross-functional execution to improve profitability and support near- and long-term objectives.

• Provide operational oversight including financial planning, personnel leadership, and company asset management/utilization to ensure overall profitability
• Lead assessment, plan development, and execution of a full-scale operations and customer support strategy; formulate and implement strategic plans
• Mentor and develop senior management members and instill best practices from operational and sales perspectives
• Assess current SOPs, manage by exception, and identify improvement opportunities; partner with executive leadership on strategic, tactical, and operating issues
• Manage and report on key operational processes, financial budgets, and performance indicators
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop the annual business plan and provide long-term growth and expansion forecasting
• Partner with Sales to grow top-line revenue by implementing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships

• Minimum 10 years of proven leadership experience
• Prior experience in a director-level role or above
• Experience managing and developing both onsite and remote teams
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and technology/system skills to develop, execute, and manage programs, metrics, and solutions
• Proven track record leading an organization through significant, profitable growth over a sustained period
• Strong operational and financial acumen with measurable success developing, implementing, and executing plans
• Bachelor’s degree required
