Recruitment Team lead

SBC Performance is a digital marketing and ad-tech ecosystem partnering with top ad platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Google. This Recruitment Team Lead role involves building and scaling a predictable, high-quality hiring engine that supports the company's ambitious growth plans across 250+ professionals globally.

• Own quarterly and annual hiring plans across business units, ensuring predictable time-to-hire and workload balance
• Design and maintain structured hiring processes with standardized intake, evaluation, and feedback frameworks
• Lead calibration sessions with hiring managers and train leaders on interviewing and decision-making
• Build proactive sourcing strategies, develop referral programs, and map talent markets for key roles
• Manage recruitment funnel metrics and dashboards, analyzing conversion rates and bottlenecks
• Partner with HRD and business leaders on workforce planning and competitive offer strategy
• Optimize agency partnerships and ensure cost-effective hiring without compromising quality
• Maintain high-quality candidate communication and fast feedback cycles

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
• 12+ years leading recruiters or building hiring processes
• Experience working with multiple hiring managers simultaneously
• Strong data orientation with knowledge of TTH, conversion rates, and cost per hire metrics
• Experience working with agencies and negotiating terms
• Experience building recruitment frameworks
• Excellent English proficiency (C1+)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Bonus: AdTech, Performance Marketing, or high-growth tech company experience; built hiring systems from scratch; scaling environment experience

Location: Prague (hybrid) or remote within Europe/Ukraine with occasional business trips to HQ
