Head of Operations
Summary
Glimpse is a Series A YC startup seeking a Head of Operations to drive critical operational outcomes while scaling its customer base. The role owns the workflows, systems, and process improvements that increase throughput and quality across service delivery.
What you'll do
Execute and lead the operations team to meet KPIs and metrics for the service delivery function.
Continuously identify, test, and implement improvements to operational capabilities, processes, and tooling.
Analyze project and focus-area data by running queries and building dashboards and pivot tables.
Design, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
6+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Experience leading and growing a service team; ability to drive best-in-class operational efficiency.
Hands-on attitude and willingness to dive into operational details.
Strong judgment and ability to execute with limited guidance in ambiguous situations; adapts quickly.
Experience working in highly cross-functional roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to run queries and build dashboards and pivot tables.
Familiarity with CPG retail.
Ability to work from the NY office full-time.
