Senior Product Manager (HRTech)

Develux is an IT consulting and software development company with over 350 professionals seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for their HRM system project. This role involves leading the product to launch, driving business goals in B2B SaaS, and spearheading AI-driven product transformation within the HRTech domain during a critical pre-release and strategic expansion phase.

• Lead the product to launch and drive key business goals in the B2B SaaS space
• Enhance the HRTech product by developing features, conducting market research, and refining user personas
• Plan product roadmap development and implement market positioning strategies
• Define the brand's Tone of Voice to align with target audience expectations
• Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize and accelerate product development processes
• Work with development, UX, and marketing teams to meet business objectives
• Use data-driven insights to communicate and prioritize initiatives effectively
• Track and analyze key product metrics such as ROI, adoption, retention, conversion rates, and marketing spend efficiency

Expertise Required:

• Proven hands-on experience managing HRTech solutions like HRIS, HRMS, recruiting platforms, or employee engagement tools
• Ability to scale products from early stages to market dominance
• Strong expertise in market analysis, competitive research, and go-to-market strategies
• Proven experience implementing AI tools to optimize product management and development workflows
• Experience embedding AI into product discovery, delivery, analytics, or roadmap planning processes
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and analytics to support decision-making
• Understanding of B2B marketing approaches

Schedule & Location: Full-time remote work with office hours 9:00-20:00 Kyiv time, flexible start no later than 11:00. Hybrid mode available.
