Project Manager
Remote Junior
Summary
Stormotion is expanding its Project Manager team and seeking a proactive professional with strong problem-solving and communication skills to manage various projects and deliver results. In this Ukraine-based role, you'll leverage your Agile expertise and leadership abilities to guide teams and stakeholders through the complete project lifecycle under the mentorship of experienced PM professionals.
What you'll do
- Manage projects from requirements collection through release delivery
- Facilitate internal and external communication between stakeholders for effective information exchange
- Lead and support development teams throughout project execution
- Develop and own project processes while systematizing routines
- Prepare User Stories and Use Cases with clients and present them to the development team
- Collaborate with the dev-team on work planning and scheduling
- Monitor project constraints and obtain customer approvals for changes
- Manage stakeholder expectations and prepare project reports
- Conduct final quality checks on increments before delivery
- Implement and promote Agile methodologies across projects
Requirements
Required:
- Fundamental understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
- Completion of PM certification courses
- Upper Intermediate+ English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of PMBoK guidelines
- Experience creating User Stories and Use Cases
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset
Nice to Have:
- Project Management and/or IT Sales experience
- Experience working with English-speaking clients
- Intercultural communication experience (exchange studies, work & travel)
- PM certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Information Technology or related technical field
