Jr. Graphic Designer
Summary
Fabletics is hiring a Jr. Graphic Designer to execute digital communications that translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling designs. The role supports overall art direction and delivers on-brand creative across email, site, and social channels in collaboration with Creative, CRM, Marketing, and Project Management.
What you'll do
Conceptualize, elevate, and maintain high-quality creative work while meeting timelines across multiple projects.
Design assets for site, email marketing, and social media across platforms in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Partner with marketing, copywriting, merchandising, and project management to produce engaging, on-brand marketing emails and other recurring deliverables.
Work within established templates aligned to Fabletics marketing goals and expansion initiatives.
Create weekly site updates including home page slides, category banners, templates, landing pages, and related assets.
Ensure on-time, accurate delivery of short- and long-term initiatives; demonstrate organization, flexibility, and multitasking.
Maintain high standards and quality assurance so all output is cohesive, consistent, and brand-right.
Learn and apply customer insights and company KPIs to optimize creative performance.
Support print design opportunities such as PR materials, advertising, and other print marketing collateral.
Prepare print mechanicals for trim and packaging production and propose technically feasible, innovative print solutions aligned to printer capabilities.
Requirements
Based in LA.
1–2 years of graphic design experience with emphasis in ecommerce and fashion (or internship equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design or Web Design (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Strong eye for web typography and photography.
Ability to collaborate on project concepts and apply a consistent design approach across varied digital content.
Portfolio/website submission required.
Nice to have: Figma prototyping and slides (will train).
