Summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across engineering, technology, cybersecurity, operations, and cleared government programs. The role partners closely with hiring leaders and uses analytics and market intelligence to deliver top talent aligned with strategic workforce priorities.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and cleared positions.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to forecast staffing needs, build requisition strategies, and provide consultative recruiting support.

  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn, BrassRing, ClearanceJobs, and Boolean search techniques.

  • Analyze recruiting data to optimize sourcing channels, remove hiring bottlenecks, improve offer acceptance, and reduce time-to-fill.

  • Align recruiting activity with workforce planning and business objectives; present trends and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Build proactive pipelines and maintain a bench of pre-qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, OFCCP/EEO regulations, and federal contract labor category requirements.

  • Promote a strong candidate experience consistent with the employer brand.

  • Maintain accurate tracking, scheduling, and reporting in ATS and candidate CRM platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience (preferred: aerospace, defense, or technology).

  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for technical and/or cleared roles.

  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and ability to use market intelligence to drive decisions.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with hiring teams, HR leaders, and cross-functional partners.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (position requires special access).

  • Desired: experience filling high volume/variety of roles; experience supporting DoD clients with Secret/Top Secret/SCI clearances.

  • Desired: certifications such as AIRS CIR/PRC, SHRM-CP, or PHR.

  • Desired: familiarity with workforce planning or talent forecasting tools.

Conditions

  • Full-time remote telework; work remotely at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.

  • Periodic travel to a Lockheed Martin office for meetings may be required.
