Head of Analytics (World of Tanks, PC)

Wargaming is seeking a Head of Analytics for World of Tanks PC to build and lead a high-performing analytics team. The role involves developing data management and analytics strategies aligned with business objectives and serving as a strategic partner to product leadership.

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing analytics team with strong product mindset
• Lead development and implementation of data management and analytics strategy aligned with product business objectives
• Act as strategic analytics partner to Product Leadership for product strategy and decision-making
• Ensure product teams have access to reliable and timely data for informed decisions
• Align analytics priorities with product goals, balancing short-term and long-term impact
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for growth and optimization
• Communicate insights and recommendations in clear, product-oriented manner
• Promote strong data and analytics culture supporting ownership and accountability
• Stay current with industry trends in analytics and data science

• Proven experience building and leading analytics teams
• 5+ years experience in analytics, preferably in gaming or tech industry
• Strong product thinking and ability to translate product goals into analytical questions
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Strong expertise in product and game analytics
• Confidence in challenging assumptions and reframing problems with data
• Strong communication and leadership skills with stakeholder influence ability
• High ownership level and drive to deliver quality outcomes

Schedule & Location: Onsite from Vilnius or Nicosia office. Relocation and immigration support available.
