Sunvery is a recruitment and outstaffing services company seeking an IT Recruiter to join their team. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to implement effective recruiting strategies using a combination of technology and human creativity.
What you'll do
- Manage full recruitment cycle and collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new candidates through sourcing, professional networks, databases, referrals, and job sites
- Conduct cold outreach to candidates with personalized messages and high-quality email templates
- Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process from initial contact through trial period completion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Identify and implement innovative methods to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Knowledge of search techniques (Boolean Search, LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, X-ray)
- Ability to negotiate with clients
- Understanding of technological terms and tech stack positions
- Analytical mindset with ability to focus and set priorities
- Cold outreach and personalized communication skills
- Desire to learn with results orientation and problem-solution mindset
- Plus: Experience with foreign markets (USA, Europe), different tech stack positions and seniority levels, SDLC understanding
