Summary
PlayStation (Sony Interactive Entertainment) is a global entertainment leader known for innovative gaming products and services. This Executive Assistant role supports senior leaders in the People and Places team (SVP People and Places and VP People Experience) by streamlining schedules, travel, meetings, and communications in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate daily calendars for senior executives, optimizing time and resolving scheduling conflicts across time zones.
- Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, ground transportation) and handle related logistics.
- Prepare and process expense reports and support travel/event budget management.
- Facilitate the rhythm of business meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items.
- Organize logistics for conferences, meetings, and special events (onsite and offsite).
- Plan and execute team events, socials, and offsites to support engagement.
- Serve as a trusted liaison with executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders; coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively assemble resources/solutions to address upcoming challenges.
- Manage incoming requests with sound judgment, prioritization, and strict confidentiality.
- Maintain organized workflows to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment; provide backup support to other Executive Assistants.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and logistics across multiple time zones.
- Strong confidentiality and discretion handling sensitive information.
- Experience with web-based scheduling and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated project management capability.
- Familiarity with travel arrangements, expense processing, and budget management.
- Interest and proficiency in using technology to improve efficiency; proactive, entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
