Executive Assistant
Summary
The Walt Disney Company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of legal professionals within DCP Legal across games, digital entertainment, digital innovation, and Disney Experiences technology and marketing. The role provides administrative and contract coordination support to help the legal team operate efficiently at the intersection of entertainment and technology.
What you'll do
Prepare non-disclosure agreements and assist with preparation of other agreements and correspondence.
Maintain an online project submission/management tool; manage contract circulation and execution; organize, file, and maintain documents in the document management system.
Manage Outlook calendars, including scheduling meetings and calls across domestic and international time zones.
Monitor department mailboxes and archive communications.
Assist with legal research, general legal work, and various projects as needed.
Coordinate administrative tasks including facilities/IT support, booking conference rooms, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports.
Requirements
3+ years of experience supporting executives in a senior corporate or legal position.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and ability to respect confidentiality.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively, take initiative, and adapt to changing circumstances; proactive problem-solver and team player.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn new software and internal processes/systems.
Minimum associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred: experience with document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments).
Preferred: internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Preferred: bachelor’s degree.
Conditions
Location: Disney’s Grand Central Creative Campus.
Schedule: 40-hour work week; hours may vary based on business needs.
Compensation: base pay range provided; bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be offered.
