Education Specialist- Remote
Summary
Moses/Weitzman Health System (via Weitzman Institute Education) is seeking an Education Specialist to manage and support educational interventions across health professions, continuing education, and system transformation. The role partners with faculty and program teams to plan, deliver, track, and improve education programs for providers, learners, and healthcare leaders.
What you'll do
Project manage multiple education interventions across planning, implementation, and evaluation (e.g., Weitzman ECHO, learning collaboratives, webinars, technical assistance, consultations).
Coordinate sessions and provide clerical, organizational, and technical support for participants and faculty; assist with learner onboarding and technology testing.
Support recruitment of participants and organizations; track admissions, enrollment, and graduation.
Record and maintain program data (attendance, didactics, case presentations, schedules) and administer evaluation surveys.
Collect, analyze, and report operational and survey data for continuous program improvement; create reports for external funders.
Use software/tools to track participation, organizations, faculty, and educational materials (e.g., case forms, video recordings).
Work with faculty to develop/enhance didactics and educational materials; organize curriculum planning, case review, and content development.
Facilitate regularly scheduled faculty meetings and coordinate communications among stakeholders.
Support proposal development, grant writing, grant reporting, and management of grant deliverable timelines; assist with posters/publications as needed.
Create presentations for conferences and support marketing content (eBlasts, newsletters, printed collateral, webpage updates) with the communications team.
Support accreditation efforts and attend conferences to exhibit/present/teach when assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality per organizational policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in a health-related field).
1–3 years of work experience (preferred in a health-related field and/or project support).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet-related applications, survey software, and database software.
Ability to support detailed project plans and deliver work within time, budget, and objectives; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills; strong time-management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cooperatively with teams and stakeholders, and also work independently to meet deadlines.
Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment; ability to recommend actions to improve program success.
Experience leveraging technology and business partners to deliver content.
Current driver’s license and ability to travel in and out of state.
