Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Airbnb is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter (Contract) to join its Technical Recruiting organization and partner with engineering leadership to hire top technical talent. The role leads full-cycle recruiting across engineering groups and serves as a strategic talent advisor, using data to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Lead searches for technical roles across various engineering groups
• Manage candidates through the full interview lifecycle and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Research and map the market to identify and engage top technical talent
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for current and future roles
• Use data to improve recruiting efficiency and drive innovation in recruiting practices
• Build reports on hiring progress and outcomes
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to technical leadership teams

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with emphasis on senior-level hiring
• Experience using Greenhouse (ATS), Gem, and/or Airtable
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives
• Strong consulting skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment
• Ability to navigate complexity and deliver results in changing circumstances
• Resilient and resourceful; able to thrive in ambiguity

• Contract role
• US remote-eligible
• May include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites as agreed with manager
• Must reside in a US state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (eligibility varies by state)
