• Perform tasks at the intersection of art and development teams, ensuring visual solution integration
• Work in internal development editor to compose game screens for various aspect ratios based on designer requests
• Develop and implement new visual effects and approaches in collaboration with developers
• Create visual mockups for Game Design Documents and ensure accurate implementation
• Optimize graphics and visual solutions to achieve best performance without compromising quality
• Collaborate with game team to find and implement creative solutions that enhance user experience

• Experience with graphic editors and tools: Photoshop, After Effects, Unity, or similar
• Understanding of graphic adaptation principles for different screen ratios
• Basic knowledge of game development fundamentals and game engine experience
• Skills in visual effects: animations, shaders, and special effects
• Attention to detail and understanding of platform technical limitations
• Ability to work in teams and adapt to interdisciplinary tasks
