Summary
DARLY SOLUTIONS is an international IT company specializing in FinTech, MedTech, and SaaS solutions. We are seeking a Trainee Project Manager to join our growing team in Ukraine and help deliver innovative solutions across diverse domains.
What you'll do
- Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders
- Create detailed work plans identifying and sequencing required activities
- Manage and coordinate project team activities, assign tasks, and ensure deadline adherence
- Ensure resource availability and allocation align with project requirements
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot emerging problems proactively
- Track project expenses and compare actual costs against budget
- Monitor and evaluate deliverables for quality standards and client expectations
- Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget
- Provide leadership and motivation to project team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and upsell initiatives
Requirements
- PM courses graduate or minimal commercial experience as a Project Manager
- Solid understanding of PM processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
- Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and approaches
- Proven track record as a fast learner, solutions-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- English level 2 (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)
- Plus: Working experience with ClickUp and Notion; Pre-sales experience
