Summary
Gaxos Labs is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer and Technical Lead to own a high-traffic product with a focus on analytics, tracking accuracy, and data infrastructure. You will audit and improve tracking systems, refactor the codebase, implement new features, and mentor a small engineering team while bringing structure to development processes.
What you'll do
- Audit and rebuild analytics and event tracking systems
- Improve tracking accuracy across GA4, Mixpanel, Facebook CAPI, and BigQuery
- Review and refactor current codebase and architecture
- Help implement new product features
- Improve overall engineering quality through code review, testing, and GitHub processes
- Support and mentor a small engineering team
- Enhance team workflows and development processes
Requirements
- Experience with high-load products and systems
- Deep understanding of analytics and tracking infrastructure
- Strong full-stack development capabilities
- Proficiency with Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Experience with Supabase, Vercel, BigQuery, GA4, Mixpanel, and Facebook CAPI
- Strong product engineering and technical leadership skills
- Ability to operate across entire system architecture
