Recruiter

Beast Industries (MrBeast) is a fast-scaling media and entertainment company operating across digital media, consumer products, philanthropy, and new business ventures. They are hiring a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting and help build high-ownership teams across content, production, operations, and corporate functions. The role partners closely with senior leaders to translate ambitious growth plans into high-quality hires at speed.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting (idea to offer) for roles across content, production, operations, and corporate teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria and calibrate on what great performance looks like for each role.
• Run fast, focused hiring processes that balance urgency with a high bar for talent.
• Close candidates by clearly communicating impact, ownership, and growth opportunities.
• Proactively source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds; build pipelines for hybrid roles blending creativity and execution.
• Stay connected to creator, media, and internet culture to identify emerging talent early.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights and candid feedback.
• Support timely hiring decisions while balancing speed, quality, and culture fit as priorities evolve.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools to scale hiring without slowing teams down.
• Use data, pattern recognition, and judgment to continuously raise the hiring bar.

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred: media, entertainment, tech, or high-growth startups).
• Proven track record hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to use non-traditional approaches to find talent.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with evolving roles and fast-moving leadership teams.
• Strong instincts for talent, culture, and potential beyond resumes.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to close candidates.
• Deep interest in creators, content, internet culture, and building widely cared-about products/media.

• Location: Must relocate to Greenville, North Carolina.
• Compensation: Total compensation range includes base + annual bonus; equity offered.
