.NET Tech/Team Lead (with Fintech exp.)

DashDevs is seeking an experienced .NET Tech/Team Lead with fintech expertise to lead a development team on a banking app project focused on card issuing and money transfers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with proven leadership experience, capable of designing scalable architectures and engaging with clients.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Identify and address issues within the team and development processes, implementing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and technical representatives to clarify requirements, present technical solutions, and participate in demos
• Design and develop architectural solutions for new features and products, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices
• Prepare and deliver clear and compelling presentations of architectural designs and solutions to clients and stakeholders

• At least 5 years of experience as Software Developer
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role in software development
• Experience with banking or fintech projects
• Experience in solution design for complex microservice-based architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage team conflicts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
• Proficiency in designing and implementing software architectures
• Clean coding methodologies (SOLID, YAGNI)
• Professional .NET backend development experience
• Experience writing and using REST APIs using ASP.NET Web API
• Wide Docker experience required
• Databases: SQL, NoSQL expertise
• Experience with queue systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• English level 2
• Plus: AWS, Kubernetes, gRPC protocol experience
