Talent Sourcer

MIF Projects is a dynamic IT company specialised in R&D for startups. We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment team with opportunities to grow toward a full-cycle Recruiter role based on career interests.

• Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create effective search strategies
• Actively search for qualified candidates across multiple channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, and social networks
• Conduct direct communication and outreach with potential candidates
• Search for new contacts and maintain the candidate database
• Perform job market analyses and reviews

• 1+ year experience in sourcing with desire to develop further
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (recruiting on social platforms and Boolean search strings)
• Knowledge of relevant job boards, sourcing platforms, and online communities
• Experience conducting market research and talent mapping, including salary benchmarking and competitor analysis
• Proficiency with LinkedIn
• Ability to positively present company and open roles to candidates
• Effective time-management and self-organization abilities
• High level of responsibility and sociability
• At least Intermediate English (both speaking and written)
