Senior Performance Designer (Landing Pages + Ads)

Olifant Digital is a boutique ecommerce growth agency specializing in Amazon management and DTC marketing. We are seeking a Senior Performance Designer to own the visual execution of high-converting landing pages and paid social ads. This role is for someone who understands that design drives conversion metrics, not just aesthetics.

• Design high-converting landing pages using Shopify, Webflow, and Figma-first workflows
• Create performance ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
• Rapidly iterate creative concepts based on data feedback
• Build modular design systems for faster testing cycles
• Collaborate with copywriters to translate hooks into scroll-stopping visuals
• Improve existing funnels through CRO-driven design updates
• Maintain visual consistency while prioritizing conversion metrics
• Work closely with media buyers, copywriters, and CRO specialists to scale creative

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• Proven experience designing landing pages for ecommerce brands
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and conversion psychology
• Experience designing paid social ads built for testing and scaling
• Mastery of Figma (non-negotiable)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Preferred: Agency experience, CRO and A/B testing knowledge, Shopify familiarity, direct media buyer collaboration
