A leading national services provider supporting therapists and helping them impact students' lives is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Talent Sourcer) to strengthen and scale its recruiting function. The role focuses on leading recruitment strategy, building sourcing pipelines, and advising hiring managers with data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.

• Lead recruitment strategies and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using advanced sourcing methods.
• Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers using market insights and recruiting metrics.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support special initiatives such as employer branding and process optimization.
• Mentor talent acquisition team members, share best practices, and support professional growth.

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

• Experience in educational services and/or healthcare recruitment (preferred).

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage complex searches and consult leaders on hiring strategies.

• Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
