Executive Vice President of Operations

Liberty Block Finance (opening in Los Angeles) is building a team to expand its digital asset systems and services, focused on secure and convenient asset transfer experiences. The Executive Vice President of Operations will lead day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence and profitability while partnering closely with executive leadership.

• Oversee and manage daily operations across the organization.
• Drive strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts in alignment with company goals.
• Optimize organizational efficiency and operational processes.
• Execute P&L strategies to support profitability and performance.
• Supervise project management efforts and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.
• Ensure top-notch customer service delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement operational and transformation strategies.

• Expertise in operations management and P&L management.
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
• Proficiency in customer service and client engagement.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior operations role with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Cryptocurrency experience not required; training provided.
