We are seeking an Automation QA Engineer to help deliver exceptional gaming experiences to millions of players worldwide by developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
What you'll do
- Interpret requirements to develop positive and negative test scenarios
- Participate in developing automated testing frameworks
- Develop and maintain test execution steps in an automated framework
- Perform manual and exploratory testing as needed
- Develop and utilize tools and programs to facilitate testing
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot problems
- Document and communicate test results
- Document and track product defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop test plans and test cases
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with developers to provide feedback on code quality and functionality
- Participate in code reviews and provide suggestions for improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to testing
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer with Java
- Experience in manual testing of web applications, web services, and APIs
- Knowledge of automated testing methodologies (BDD, DDT, etc.)
- Experience with automated test frameworks (Selenide/Selenium/Webdriver, etc.)
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Test-NG)
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured
- Good knowledge of Linux
- Experience with JMeter and Gatling
- Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL and database management
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of client-server architecture and HTTP/HTTPs basics
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Configuration Management/Automation tools (Ansible)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
- Experience with Docker
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
