IMMEDIATE HIRE: HHA/CNA – 12‑Hour Shifts – Long‑Term 24‑Hour Case – Start ASAP INMMOKALEE, FL

Family Pillars Homecare is urgently hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for a long-term 24-hour patient case. The role provides safe, dependable personal care in the patient’s home or current placement while following an individualized care plan.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Provide safety-focused care for a fall-risk patient
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Drive the patient to appointments and run errands as needed
• Follow the patient’s individualized care plan and care instructions
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times
• Communicate clearly with the care team regarding changes or concerns

• Valid HHA certificate or CNA license (or ability to pass HHA competency test)
• Required experience with dementia and Alzheimer’s patients
• Valid CPR certification
• Negative TB skin test or current chest X-ray
• Level 2 background clearance
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license with active auto insurance
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions

Preferred: Alzheimer’s/Dementia training, HIV/AIDS training

• Full-time position
• 12-hour shifts on a long-term 24-hour case
• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Option to choose one shift or be considered for both
• In-person work setting: patient home, rehab center, or hospital depending on placement
• Some travel may be required; must be comfortable driving longer distances
