HR Business Partner II

As an HR Business Partner II supporting the Engineering organization, you will partner with leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and build scalable, inclusive programs that help engineers thrive.

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Engineering leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Champion employee growth by designing career development initiatives and advising on learning, total rewards, and employee relations.
• Create and execute people strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier, diverse talent in a competitive environment.
• Act as a culture advocate by promoting company values and guiding decision-making through change management.
• Collaborate with People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) and client groups to deliver initiatives and process improvements with measurable impact.

• 5+ years as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company.
• 7+ years of overall HR or related work experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing impactful people programs and strategies.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and their application in daily people operations.
• Analytical and strategic mindset; ability to execute effectively in ambiguous environments.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred: Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or Design organizations.
• Preferred: Passion for working in rapidly growing and changing environments.
