Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will contribute across all phases of projects, delivering high-quality visual design while balancing detail-oriented execution with multi-project coordination.

• Participate in all phases of design projects, from concept through execution.
• Create strong visual design solutions with attention to detail, typography, and visual communication.
• Manage and balance multiple projects across teams and disciplines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to workshops, pin-ups, and reviews.
• Develop design work across platforms such as digital, print, and environmental graphics (including signage/wayfinding).
• Present clear creative direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs as needed.
• Stay aware of current industry and technology standards and apply them to project work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and passion for typography, conceptual thinking, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across disciplines.
• Ability to move between projects that vary in scope and type.
• Experience across multiple design platforms (digital, print, environmental graphics, signage/wayfinding); digital design experience is a plus.
• Ability to bring strong ideas and direction while welcoming and integrating feedback.

• Hybrid work model: three days onsite in the studio, with more onsite time as projects demand.
• Not a remote role; candidates must be local to one of the studios and available onsite regularly.
• Estimated salary range: $90,000–$140,000 annually plus benefits and bonuses.
