What you'll do
Edit diverse video projects using Shotcut in a collaborative remote setting.
Demonstrate and clearly explain workflow structure, sequencing strategies, and project organization methods.
Participate in recorded sessions highlighting editing decisions and delivery techniques.
Document post-production processes and identify workflow optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to evaluate and refine editing best practices.
Maintain organized file structures and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
Requirements
Advanced hands-on expertise in Shotcut with consistent professional application.
Strong portfolio showcasing completed video editing projects.
In-depth understanding of sequencing, transitions, audio mixing, color correction, and post-production workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of project organization.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and adapting to evolving requirements.
