Summary
Graceland Portable Buildings (Graceland Management Services LLC) is a vertically integrated manufacturer and national distributor of portable structures, operating across manufacturing, logistics, retail sales, and rent-to-own financing. The Chief Financial Officer will partner with the CEO and executive team to lead financial integrity, strategy, and long-term financial health across a complex multi-division organization. This role is intended for a seasoned, hands-on executive with proven experience leading finance in sophisticated operating environments.
What you'll do
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team on financial strategy and organizational performance.
- Provide financial leadership, integrity, and oversight to ensure the company’s long-term financial health.
- Lead finance for a multi-entity, vertically integrated business spanning manufacturing, distribution, retail, and consumer/rent-to-own financing.
- Oversee technical accounting, audits, internal controls, and overall financial governance.
- Manage capital strategy including capital management and debt/equity financing activities.
- Lead and develop sizable finance and accounting teams; drive execution at both strategic and operational levels.
- Support and lead ERP/financial systems leadership and transformation initiatives (preferred).
- Support strategic growth initiatives including M&A and integration activities (preferred).
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Prior CFO or senior finance executive experience in a complex operating company.
- Strong technical accounting foundation.
- Experience overseeing multi-division or vertically integrated operations (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, retail, and/or financing).
- Proven leadership managing sizable finance and accounting teams.
- Experience with audits, internal controls, and financial governance.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational (hands-on) levels.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Highly preferred: manufacturing/industrial environment experience.
- Highly preferred: consumer financing, leasing, or rent-to-own structures experience.
- Highly preferred: multi-entity or multi-location company experience.
- Highly preferred: ERP/financial systems transformation leadership.
- Highly preferred: M&A, integration, or strategic growth initiatives experience.
- Highly preferred: private company or entrepreneurial operating environment experience.
