HRGeneralist

Teplin is seeking an HR Generalist passionate about recruitment and ready to expand into broader HR processes. This role focuses primarily on managing the full recruitment cycle while contributing to HR workflow improvements and employee engagement initiatives.

• Manage hiring requests and define ideal candidate profiles based on company needs
• Post job openings on various platforms and conduct active candidate searches on LinkedIn, Behance, Upwork and similar sites
• Conduct initial interviews via Zoom or Google Meet and guide candidates through recruitment stages
• Build and maintain talent pool database in Notion
• Develop and refine recruitment workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement through regular 1:1 meetings
• Assist in creating and implementing motivation systems and conducting surveys (eNPS, 360 feedback)
• Organize onboarding for new hires and support team integration
• Propose and implement HR practices to enhance company culture and processes

• 1.5+ years of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role
• Strong Intermediate English or higher
• Proficiency in Notion, Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace
• Deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle and modern sourcing tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Positive mindset, adaptability, and proactive approach to challenges
